The program unfolds in 7 intentional steps starting from the lower body to the upper body. Here’s what you can expect:
A slow practice to ground yourself in the present moment and reconnect with your physical self as a safe place of belonging, stability, and trust.
Focus: gluteus, legs, and feet, pelvic floor.

A practice focused on the hips and lower belly, designed to help you release stress and to soften into your natural rhythm, and reclaim your emotions.
Focus: pelvis, hips, lower abs, lower back.
3. Reclaim Your Power & Abundance
Stand tall in your inner strength. Set boundaries, honor your worth, and activate the core of your confidence to feel more abundant in your life .
4. Lead with the Heart
Soften into love—both given and received. Let compassion guide you, and create space for forgiveness, empathy, and authentic connection.
5. Give Voice to Your Truth
Movement and breathwork exercises to open yourself to express with courage. Find the words that reflect your essence, and allow your voice to become an instrument of healing and clarity.
6. Trust Your Inner Vision
Open to insight. Strengthen your intuition, access deeper wisdom, and begin to see your life—and yourself—with fresh eyes and inner knowing.
7. Connect with Your Higher Self
