Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full, and no refunds will be issued.
No-shows (missing a session without notice) are also non-refundable.
If an emergency, even at the last minute, prevents you from attending, please reach out. I approach each situation with care and understanding, and will do my best to support you.
