When this space is open and supported, we move through life with more ease, trust, and emotional balance.This workshop is an invitation to soften the heart and reconnect with your natural capacity for love, compassion, and emotional resilience.You’ll be gently supported in moving through grief, softening emotional heaviness and protective patterns, and releasing resentment, while cultivating compassion, acceptance, forgiveness, and kindness—toward yourself and others—and experiencing what it truly feels like to live and lead from an open, supported heart.
What to Expect• Backbends and heart-opening yoga postures to expand the heart center and gently mobilize the shoulders and upper back.
• Slow, mindful sequences designed to release stored tension and emotional holding patterns
• Breathwork to soften the heart space and restore a sense of ease and flow
• A guided Yoga Nidra practice to harmonize and nourish the heart chakra
• Self-inquiry prompts to explore themes of love, boundaries, and authentic connection. Come exactly as you are. Leave with more space in your chest, more ease in your body, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and to others.
