At 44, I began to feel the subtle, and not-so-subtle, shifts in my body. After a lifetime of navigating PMS, endometriosis, hormonal imbalances, and chemical sensitivities (which made everything even more challenging), I thought I was prepared. Hormonal balance had already been a central focus of my life — not by choice, but by necessity.
But when perimenopause began to move through me, I realized how lost I felt. There were moments I barely recognized myself, emotionally, physically, even spiritually. The tools and knowledge I had built over a lifetime suddenly became not just helpful, but essential.
So I decided to stop fighting the changes and start listening, truly, deeply listening. I turned to everything I knew: movement, breath, nutrition, energy work, meditation.
I turned inward, reaching toward the part of me that felt hidden, forgotten, and lost. I tried to meet her with presence, patience, and trust. And as I stayed with the process, I met a new version of myself , not the woman I had been before, but someone even stronger. Wiser. More resilient. More graceful. And as I walked this path, I kept thinking:
How many women are out there feeling what I felt?
How many women are moving through these powerful changes feeling unseen, unsupported, and alone?
That’s why I focus so deeply on hormonal balance — because for me, it’s not just about managing symptoms. Hormonal balance is about creating a foundation for vitality, emotional steadiness, and true empowerment at every stage of life. And Perimenopause isn’t a breakdown, it’s a breakthrough. It's a sacred threshold, a time that calls for compassion, care, and deep honoring. Together, we’ll turn this chapter into a homecoming to your most authentic and powerful self.
My healing journey began in 2011 when unexplained symptoms completely disrupted my life. I saw countless specialists, but no one had answers, only confusion. I felt alone, exhausted, and unheard. Eventually, I left my job and enrolled in a Macrobiotic School, not just to heal, but to reclaim my power.
That experience changed everything. It was the first step in what became a deeper journey, not just into food and lifestyle, but into energy, intuition, and true self-healing. I learned to truly listen to my body and become an active participant in my own well-being.
I became a wellness coach so that others don’t have to walk their path in isolation. You deserve to be seen, supported, and guided by someone who understands.
You're not broken, you're becoming. You’re not overreacting. Your body is speaking to you, and it’s waiting for you to listen, to trust, and to become. I'm here to walk beside you as you rebuild confidence in your mind and body, and return to a life of balance, clarity, and purpose.
I've always been passionate about the art of body movement and spirituality. I am a former ballet dancer and I have practiced Yoga and Yoga Nidra meditation for more than 10 years. I have spent two years studying at La "Sana Gola" in Milan where I attained a diploma in Macrobiotic Counseling.
I am also a Certified Wellness Coach (NASM), a 500hr certified Yoga Teacher (YogaWorks), a certified Yoga Nidra Facilitator (ShivaShakti School of Yoga), a certified Mat Pilates Instructor (Equinox Pilates Training Institute), a Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM) and a certified Reiki Practitioner (Altered Space). I use Sound Healing in my work to help repair any trauma in the energy field, to either release stress and blockages and to bring the chakras back into alignment. I am also a Tarot and Oracle reader and I've been using tarot and oracles since 2013 to support my clients in gaining insight into their unique life journey.

Alma I had my first Tarot Card Reading with Julia last week. I've known her for the past few years as one of my yoga teachers, an excellent instructor.
Her demeanor is calm, speaks softly and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the reading.
My focus was on love and romance. I was so impressed with her insights and interpretation of the cards in regards to my love life. She also did a short Three card reading of my health.
