You’ll have the space to share what’s been shifting for you and what kind of support you’re seeking.
Together, we’ll:

This session includes intuitive reflection, coaching conversation, and wellness mapping. It may also include breathwork, journaling, or energy assessment, depending on what feels right in the moment.
