A 75-minute session to gently begin your journey. This is where it all begins — a spacious, supportive session to get to know you. Your story, your symptoms, your rhythms, your desires. In this 75-minute intake, we’ll explore where you are right now — physically, emotionally, and energetically — and where you long to be. You’ll have the space to share what’s been shifting for you and what kind of support you’re seeking.

Together, we’ll:
Identify your most pressing concerns and goals
Review your current habits, routines, symptoms, and emotional landscape
Explore patterns and intuitive cues that want attention
Begin crafting a personalized path forward — one that feels gentle, doable, and aligned

This session includes intuitive reflection, coaching conversation, and wellness mapping. It may also include breathwork, journaling, or energy assessment, depending on what feels right in the moment. You’ll leave with greater clarity, a sense of being held, and a tailored wellness roadmap to guide your next steps — Whether you choose to continue with  Becoming the Wise Woman journey or begin by integrating a few supportive shifts on your own.
